Put the CD into a audio CD player to play tracks 2 and higher
SLOW MOTION MODE
Play with Max and hold Fire and press Up, Up, Up, Up
GET KURT IN BOXER SHORTS
Go to the main menu and hold L + R then press X, X, Y, X
ANOTHER CAMERA
After pausing the game HOLD L + R and press A, B, A, B

While playing as Doctor Fluke Hawkins press the following buttons at the same time: Both left and right triggers, left on the dpad and A.
