At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button

At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button two times

At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button three times

At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button four times
BE MINILLA
At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button five times
Be Dr. Serizawa
At the monster selection screen hold L + R and press any button six times
GET ALL VMU MONSTERS
Go to the Vs Battle menu and select the bottom option on that screen. Now on the next screen hold X + Y and press Down + L + R to get 44 other monsters.
